How often should I arrange a BMW service appointment and what are the recommended service intervals for my vehicle?
We will always inform you in good time of the next due service. BMW discontinued fixed service intervals way back in 1982 and replaced them with servicing based on the vehicle's condition. How do I know which service my BMW needs?

What is a VIN and where can I find it?
The VIN is the vehicle identification number of your BMW. You will find your vehicle's VIN under position E on Part 1 of your vehicle registration certificate. Part 1 of the vehicle registration certificate has been available since 2005. It can also be found under position 4 in your pre-2005 vehicle registration certificate.
